Today’s CHROs and heads of talent are expected to do more than manage people processes. They must shape leadership, strengthen organizational capability, and connect talent decisions directly to business outcomes. JRA partners with HR and talent executives to assess senior leaders, accelerate development, improve team effectiveness, and build the leadership capacity required to execute strategy.

Common questions

Finding your starting point

I don’t fit neatly into one of these. Can you still help?

Almost certainly. These five are where JRA works most often, but the through-line is constant: a senior leader facing a consequential people or leadership decision. If you’re weighing a succession question, a transformation, a new leader, or a deal, start a conversation and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right partner.

How is the work different for each audience?

The diagnostics and methods are shared, but the framing and stakes differ. A private-equity sponsor needs an independent read on management against the value-creation plan; a family enterprise is balancing performance with legacy and the next generation; a CHRO is linking talent to business outcomes. The work is scoped to the situation and routed to the right solution.

Where should I start?

We start by listening and understanding your current situation, your priorities, and where we can potentially add the most value. We bring no preconceived notions or predetermined solutions. We always start with you and your current context.

Not sure where you fit?

Tell us the decision in front of you and we’ll point you to the right work — or tell you honestly if it isn’t us.
