Solutions

Strengthen leadership.
Accelerate performance.

Performance is downstream of leadership. JRA’s work is built to diagnose where an organization stands, develop the capability to compete, and advise on the decisions that carry the most risk — fast, practical, and grounded in real operating experience.

How we help

Three ways we move performance

Most clients move through all three over time — but every engagement is sized to the situation, not the menu.

01
Diagnose

Every engagement starts with seeing clearly. Fast, business-focused diagnostics replace opinion with an objective read on leadership, talent, and competitiveness.

02
Develop

Insight only matters if it changes behavior. Coaching, acceleration, and workshops build the capability that turns strategy into execution.

03
Advise

For the decisions that carry the most risk — succession, transformation, a new leader, a deal — Jack is a senior partner in the room.

Who we serve

Five areas of focus

The methods are consistent; what changes is the decision in front of you.

Common questions

How working with JRA works

Who does Jack Ryan Advisory work with?

CEOs and owners, boards, CHROs and senior HR leaders, private-equity operating partners, family-owned enterprises, and senior legal leaders. The common thread is a moment where leadership and talent decisions carry real consequence.

How do engagements usually start?

Most begin with a fast diagnostic — often the Competitive Index™ or a Leadership Impact Snapshot — or simply a conversation. We listen first, then recommend the smallest piece of work that will move the situation.

How is the work priced?

The Competitive Index™ has published introductory pricing (Core $10,000 / Premier $20,000 for organizations up to 250 employees). Coaching, assessments, acceleration, and advisory engagements are scoped to the situation. Request an introduction and we’ll be transparent about cost up front.

What makes JRA different from a large consultancy or a coaching firm?

It’s founder-led and grounded in real operating experience — decades as an Officer at GE and on the Management Committee of Rockefeller Capital Management. The work is fast, practical, and business-focused, not academic. You get a senior practitioner, not a junior team.

Do you work with private equity and family-owned businesses?

Yes — both are dedicated areas of focus, from pre-deal diligence on a management team through the value-creation plan, and across generational transitions in family enterprises. See Who We Serve.
