Amber Kagan is the founder of LevelUp Executive Coaching and Advising and a Senior Advisor with the International Center for Executive Options (ICEO). In these roles, Amber works with senior leaders as a coach and strategic advisor, helping them lead more effectively, navigate complex transitions, manage through change, and shape high-integrity, people-centered organizations. Amber brings to her coaching practice nearly four decades of experience at the highest levels of law, compliance, and employment strategy, offering deep expertise in corporate governance, risk management, labor and employment law, leadership development, and organizational culture.

Dylan McGarvey is an MBA student in the University of Virginia Darden School of Business Class of 2027, where she is a Forté and Consortium Fellow. Before starting business school, Dylan had diverse experience in recruiting, with a particular focus on sourcing, and in nonprofit direct service. Most recently, she was a Talent Acquisition Manager at Harvard Business School, where she supported the HBS Online team in building a team to create and market digital courses. Previously, she worked in executive search firms, identifying potential leaders across verticals in private equity, higher education, and industrials. She also worked as a career coach to immigrants in Boston and as a college advisor in Boston Public Schools. Dylan earned her BA from Wellesley College.

Samanta McAllister is an accomplished Senior Executive Assistant with over 20 years of experience supporting and driving executive-level performance in global, fast-paced corporate environments. Currently serving as Head of Operations for Jack Ryan Advisory and recently relocated to New York with her husband Stuart and Son Robbie from the UK. Samanta brings a uniquely people-centric, precision-driven approach honed through years of working closely with C-suite leaders across industries including banking, renewable energy, media, and capital markets.
