Dylan McGarvey is an MBA student in the University of Virginia Darden School of Business Class of 2027, where she is a Forté and Consortium Fellow. Before starting business school, Dylan had diverse experience in recruiting, with a particular focus on sourcing, and in nonprofit direct service. Most recently, she was a Talent Acquisition Manager at Harvard Business School, where she supported the HBS Online team in building a team to create and market digital courses. Previously, she worked in executive search firms, identifying potential leaders across verticals in private equity, higher education, and industrials. She also worked as a career coach to immigrants in Boston and as a college advisor in Boston Public Schools. Dylan earned her BA from Wellesley College.
